Service Administration Assistant

Elmdale Maintenance Limited is one of the most respected and well established suppliers of digital colour photocopiers, printers and document management solutions in the South, with an unrivalled reputation for customer service.

Our Company supplies and maintains market leading digital multifunctional devices to a wide range of organisations both locally and nationally, and over 20 years have developed a very personal approach to customer service, enabling us to grow year on year.

We are now looking to employ an assistant to administer our service department and assist our office staff between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

The role will involve taking service calls and customer requests and co-ordinating our team of service engineers. You will also be responsible for stock monitoring and reordering and assisting with other office duties.

Basic computer skills are required and a previous use of Word, Excel and Sage would be an advantage. A good telephone manner is essential. The successful candidate must have a sound geographical knowledge.

The salary being paid for this position is circa £8.50 per hour dependent on experience and suitability.
