Call-out Service We offer a call out at £59 (+ Vat) including the first hour of labour then additional labour at £40 per hour. Service Contract Customers. We pride ourselves on the highest level of personal service and provide an unequalled preventative maintenance service programme.
An engineer will visit on a regular basis to service the equipment and to ensure that it is operating at the highest level of reliability at all times. In turn, this substantially reduces the emergency breakdowns and allows Elmdale to effect an engineer within four hours, if a breakdown occurs. Quite simply, a pro-active service arrangement.
We provide a variety of service agreements:
- cost per page basis
- no minimum bills
- usage basis only
- fully inclusive agreements (i.e. parts, labour, toner etc)
